Remember these days? One year ago? Two years ago? Seems like yesterday.....
But here is yesterday...and today. Spread before us; a blustery, sunny day. Yellow leaves still trembling, celebrating the fact that they hung on through the seasons, and now a superstorm and nor'easter. Strong because they go with the flow, yet hang on tight until it doesn't make sense to hang on anymore. Then they simply.....
Let
Go
and
spreading their veined fingertips
they sail into the
unknown.
I watch my babies and sometimes I am terrified, because there are so many unknowns.
So many dangers.
And it is so scary to let go, to not get caught up in the what-ifs and but's and the no, no, no's.
But I am trying. Trying to hold on tight to each second until it makes sense not to.
my heart walks around in two little souls and i am trembling.

Hi all! I am setting this up for my family and friends to keep up with the Little O's going-ons. Also, with no tme to scrapbook and only monthly writing in the kids journals, i thought this would be a great legacy for them.
Right now, Sisi is at school, probably mushing her pb&j and wearing her awesome Halloween superstore Sandy tshirt we made. Rowan is asleep on his Boppy on the couch after a rough night. I should be doing laundry, dishes, mopping, or a million other things, but I am watching him sleep, making a cuppa coffee, and starting my blog.
We are awaiting the nor'easter coming our way today. Still need a snowsuit for the little man though.
Sisi is signed up for dance again. We went yesterday as a trial and she loved it. She got dressed, in a cheerleader uniform, three hours prior and kept asking if we could go wait at the studio. We are all trying to get back into the swing of things after Superstorm Sandy, and add in the fact that our Halloween was postponed, we are trying to get ready for a November Christmas and trip to Texas, and the time changed, and you have one stressed family. Sisi was so exhausted after school and dance and errands yesterday that I got the joy of listening to her whine and whine .....and did I mention I need some wine?....for two hours yesterday evening. It was the first time ever I put on a yo Gabba Gabba show while the kids ate and I......sat in the dining room and ate by myself!
Roro is an amazing little man. His favorite thing to do other than strutting his stuff (and believes me he struts it!) is dancing to this funny singing elephant that Cori gave Sisi last Christmas. he dances, squats, and gyrates next to elephant's head! Hysterical! He is he biggest flirt you can imagine and charms women (and men!)all the time. We walked out of the pharmacy today and he went right up to an older gentleman and hugged his legs. The man said,"he must know I'm a grandfather!" Roro also loves to cuddle nala and his sister. He bops them on the back three or four times and then lays his
head on them....too cute. And this morning when sisi woke up it was adorable to see her and Roro playing and cuddling....I have to treasure it while it lasts, because most of the day revolves around, "no, he can't have that! I'm playing with that!" Ro loves throwing things in the toilet....so hopefully today the toilet locks will be installed. Now to figure out if a three year old can get into them.....might be a conundrum.
Well, I need to pick Sisi up from school (heavenly school!) in a few minutes . The first flurries are flurrying and I hear the whirring sound of trees being eaten outside by the mulching machine the city sent out. I hope to add pictures later today. I sent them Monday from my phone but nobody received them. Yeah, and I think I can figure out blogging even though my phone is smarter than me!
Love you all!
